For one season, the best minds in AI, product and design got in a room. We recorded every conversation — and opened it up to everyone.
The role was changing fast, and the tools even faster. The best thinking about it was happening in real conversations behind closed doors — honest and first-hand, not the hot takes filling everyone's feed. Most designers never got to hear it, simply because they weren't in the room. That felt like insight worth getting to everyone.
It began in 2025 — a studio in Flatiron, a couple of chairs, and the first conversation — and grew into a season. Put the best minds in AI, product and design in a room, record every conversation, and share it with designers everywhere. Season 1 is all of it, in one place — free to watch, start to finish.
How the people building with and for AI actually design — from Anthropic to Ramp to FLORA to Graphite.
The designer-who-ships: real workflows from Figma to production, shown live, not described.
What changes when a designer starts the company — and what high-craft culture costs at scale.
Ten conversations with the people shaping how software gets made, in the order they happened. Every episode, free to watch.
Double Diamond was proof of what happens when you combine them. That's the work we still do.
Hiring designers? The best ones aren't on job boards — they're in communities, doing great work in the open. Bamboo X helps you reach them there: a more community- and content-driven way to hire design talent, built on real relationships instead of cold outreach.
Want media that makes your community matter? 28th&Park turns events, conversations and members into content that engages people all over the world — not just the ones in the room. If you're running something for builders and need a room, it's yours.
A belief that design shouldn't feel like an exclusive club — but a community, where everyone gets access to great content.
Double Diamond was started by the founder of Bamboo X, out of that one idea. The thinking inside these conversations was worth far more than any guest list — yet most designers never got to hear it, no matter where they were or who they knew.
Season 1 was hosted on camera by John Falcone and Chase Goulet, with Alex Pavlou co-hosting The Work.
So the fix was simple: put the best minds in AI, product and design in a room, record it, and give it to everyone. People are more interesting than their titles, and the work is more convincing than the claim — and none of that should be locked behind a door.
Every episode was produced end to end at 28th&Park — a Flatiron studio built to bring community and media under one roof — funded by Bamboo X from the start. The studio, the crew, the recording, the edit and the distribution: all of it so the best conversations didn't stay in the room but reached everyone.
